Testimonial Release Agreement.

OVERVIEW:

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “client”) and Blockhead Wigs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your Testimonial about BlockheadWigs.com online shop as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by submitting your Testimonial, you have read and understood, this Policy.  

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of this Policy by posting updates and/or changes to our website. We recommend you review this page prior to placing any new order with us.  

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM SUBMITTING A TESTIMONY AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE YOUR SUBMISSION IMMEDIATELY.

CONDITIONS OF TESTIMONIAL SUBMISSION:

Your Testimonial, including any text, images, and video must be related to a bona fide purchase. 

By submitting your Testimonial you:

• Authorize Blockhead Wigs LLC to use your Testimonial in marketing and promotional efforts, including, but not limited to, advertisements, social media posts, brochures, etc.

• Waive any claim to inspect, edit or approve of any materials where your Testimonial is used.

• Waive any claim to copyright to your Testimonial or materials where your Testimonial may appear, and waive any claim to financial compensation or gain from the use of your testimonial.

• Waive the right to revoke use of your Testimonial, or request we remove any Testimonial you have submitted to us, after your Testimonial has been submitted.
