Using the images at the bottom of this page as a guide, please take your measurements and complete the form below.

Unit of Measure

Your unit of measure must be consistent throughout the form.

Circumference

All around the head from the middle of the front hairline, around the head above the ear, to the back of the head, above the other ear, and then to the starting point.

Front to Back

From the center of the front hairline over the top of the head to the center of the nape hairline at the neck.

Front Hairline

From sideburn to sideburn across the forehead.

Ear to Ear

From ear to ear over the top of the head.

Crown

Across the crown of the head, temple to temple.

Nape

The width of the back hairline across the nape of the neck.
