We support the post office and use USPS Domestic or International for your orders. If you have a courier preference please contact us before ordering.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are outside of the continental United States (or ground mail is unavailable to your location), we cannot Airmail aerosol hair spray with your purchase.

If you believe you have made any purchase by mistake, you will need to make an immediate attempt to cancel your order by email within 24 hours of your purchase.
Due to the matter of hygiene and custom nature of our styled wigs, all wig sales are final; we do not accept returns or issue any refunds on such items.
Custom Orders are non-returnable and will not receive a cash refund. (CT Dept. Consumer Protection)
Hair products or accessories: You are responsible for contacting us and returning your item to Blockhead Wigs within 14 days; you are responsible for the return shipping of your item(s). Such returning item(s) need to be in unused, fully resalable condition.
Blockhead Wigs reserves the right to deny a refund. If merchandise is accepted as returned, a refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
Refusal of any order (e.g. return to sender) will not initiate a a refund; you will be responsible for a reprocessing fee before any reshipment may occur.
Only store credit may be issued for memberships payments, fees, or non/refundable deposits (for incomplete commissions or canceled works) up to our sole discretion. No store credit will be redeemed for a cash refund.
In the event your package has been refused and/or returned to sender, no postage refunds will be made; we are limited by the terms and regulations imposed by the serving courier (USPS, etc).
No cash refunds can be made for any lost package. Please follow the couriers' instruction for such instances.
