"I already have a wig, can I send it to you to be styled?"
We accept new or washed wigs for styling on a case by case basis. You will need to confirm eligibility with your Wig Artisan to ensure the unit you have can accommodate your request. Schedule a Consultation to start the process.
"Do you offer on-location work?"
Yes. Send us an email with the details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
"Do you take returns?"
The short answer: no, but our full return policy is described in our Store Policy.
"How much will it cost ?"
While every commission is different, we still construct and/or style all of our commissions with a level of detail and care needed for you to wear your wig in the daylight or limelight. For a service menu, navigate to our Services & Pricing page.
"Can you clean the lace on my wig?"
We currently do not offer services to clean make up or other debris from lacefront wigs. We highly recommend that clients become proficient in regular maintenance (e.g.detangling, brushing, lace cleaning); so much that a wig artisan can direct you to resources as well as suggest the best tools for the task since it will extend the longevity and quality of your investment.
